Make sure you don’t have an over 30 pound dog if you’re considering moving in to one of the apartments here. This building built in 1939 with 79 units and 6 floors allows cats and dogs.

3. The Sunrise Condominium

109-19 72nd Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375

With only 46 units on 7 floors, this new apartment buidling (built in 2017) allows pets. Check with the management for details.

4. Devon Hall

77-54 Austin Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Devon Hall says pets are negotiable. It was built in 1929 with 60 units and 6 floors.

5. Parker Towers

104-20 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Parker Towers has 1327 units in 3 buildings. These 20-story towers were built in 1960 and is one of the largest apartment complexes in Forest Hills. Weight limit for dogs is 40 pounds.

6. 69-60 108th Street Building

There are 124 units on 6 stories in this 1951 building. It’s pet-friendly but check with the landlord to see if the apartment you’re renting allows pet.

7. 69-40 Yellowstone Blvd Building

Built in 1942, this 124-unit and 6-floor building is pet-friendly.

8. 108-25 72nd Avenue Building

You’re allowed a medium size dog or cat at this 69 unit across 6 stories building. It was built in 1939.

9. The Thomas Edison Coop

76-66 Austin St, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Built in 1931, The Thomas Edison Coop has 98 units on 6 floors. It’s pet-friendly too.
